Borage

Borage is an "also look out for" in the Broom chapter. The leaves are coarse and prickly but edible in a salad, the flowers beautiful and delicate with a cucumber flavour.

It is quite a rarity but here is a spectacularly good spot for it. If you recognise the location (it is not hard!) and make your way there, pick no more than a flower or two so as to preserve this lovely sight.
